二、RFID馆员档案管理工作站产品功能：

  2.1、借阅申请和借出 在档案管理系统中的利用查询模块，借阅人可以查询出所需借阅档案的信息，点击借阅，即可生成借阅单。 管理人员根据借阅人提交的登记信息判断是否允许借出，如需审批则在线发送审批申请，通过审批后，形成借阅登记信息。

  2.2、档案查找 档案管理系统驱动密集架弹开档案所在层列，管理人员进入库房，按智能密集架行列指示灯找到档案所在位置。 管理人员应用 RFID 识别器识别档案信息，确认调出实体档案正确。

  2.3、档案借出 查找完成后，工作人员通过馆员工作站识别器对电子标签进行扫描，完成档案出库登记，系统中记录档案出库时间、出库档案编号。 档案归还 管理人员扫描档案电子标签，确认归还，系统将更改借阅登记信息。如没有按时进行归还，系统以消息、邮件等方式提醒管理人员和借阅人进行归还。 蓝牙天线手持式设计，可方便清点高架图书，无需将大批图书下架处理；

Management personnel shall use RFID recognizer to identify the file information and confirm that the transferred entity file is correct.

  2.3. After the file lending search is completed, the staff scans the electronic tag through the librarian workstation recognizer to complete the file delivery registration, and the delivery time and delivery file number of the file are recorded in the system. The file return manager scans the file electronic tag to confirm the return, and the system will change the borrowing registration information. If it is not returned on time, the system will remind managers and borrowers to return it by means of messages and emails. Bluetooth antenna hand-held design, which can easily count elevated books, without taking a large number of books off the shelf for processing;
